McKenna Cameron received her M.A. in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice where she conducted her master’s thesis under Dr. Kelly McWilliams’ advisement looking at how attorneys question children about temporal information in cases of alleged child sexual abuse. McKenna also received B.A.s in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada, Reno during which she worked as a Public Service Intern at the Reno Police Department. She is primarily interested in children’s developmental capabilities to recall traumatic memories and their developmental limitations for providing legally relevant information about maltreatment.
